  1. dahnby Said,

    About the salad …
About the salad dressig, to have sort of an asian theme, you can mix a little bit of soy sauce and vinegar and add some minced garlic. It’s good with any type of salad really. Carrots work well with it too.
Diet sodas are NOT good for you because of the artificial sweetener they add. It can acutally be worse than the sugar in a regular soda.
    Hope you do well! :)

    Thanks Moon,

I had known about this and That will be another big challenge for me but I’ll do it. I know I could if I had something reliable to replace it with.

diet soda is worse than reg. it contains aspartame. look it up….very bad for you. i hope i spelled that right.

    the flavored …
the flavored sparkling waters are tasty, but some have artificial sweeteners, too. but I agree with adding the juice of a lemon, lime, or orange… or cucumber slices and mint! also, it sounds like you could look for sprouts or start sprouting some legumes- I love crunchy sprouts (sproutman?). You can make raw hummus with sprouted chickpeas. It just seems like branching out a bit might help keep you interested and fuller! Good luck!

    You can add juice …
You can add juice from 1/2 of a lemon to your water to make it have a taste that will also help detox as well.
